What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to host you, and we don't sell or share it for marketing.

When you reserve

• Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the notes you write, your dates, residences and number of guests. We use them to hold and confirm your reservation, to contact you about it, and to let the resort front desk know who is arriving.
• Payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure page. Stripe gives us a reference to your payment and, when a balance remains, a token for the card so the balance can be charged on the due date. We never receive your full card number.
• Reservation records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.

When you send a message

• Your name, email address and message, used only to reply to you.

When you browse

• This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics, fonts or scripts.
• Our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (address, page requested, time) to keep the site secure and working.

Who else sees it

• Stripe (payments) and our email provider (to send your confirmations).
• The resort and its property managers, when your stay needs to be registered at the front desk.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by sending us a message. We'll keep only what the law requires us to keep.
